Fantasy Fiction
Here are some fantasy fiction book recommendations which I have read and have thoroughly enjoyed

Wheel Of Time
Wheel of Time is a wonderful series by Robert Jordan. He builds a gigantic world with thousands of years of history. The story revolves around a group of young adults, one of which is the Dragon Reborn, trying to live and survive in a world where powerful nations try to rule everything. Magic exists in the world but in most areas only the Aes Sedai have the ability and authority to wield such power. The world waits for the Dragon Reborn to make his appearance. Will his appearance save humanity or break it?

Lord of The Rings
I think this book series doesn’t need an introduction but in case you have been living under a rock your whole life, this is Lord of The Rings by J.R.R Tolkien. Tolkien is one of the great fathers of fantasy fiction, bringing to life a world filled with Elves, Hobbits, Orcs, Humans, Dwarves, and other creatures. The story revolves around the battle of good vs evil and the least likely of creatures taking on the biggest of tasks. If you’ve only watched the movies, I recommend getting a fresh and more intricate experience of this classic. The books provide a more in depth knowledge and history of the world Tolkien created and give you much more insight that the movies could not.

Harry Potter
Another series that probably needs no introduction is the Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling. I started reading this series when I was in middle school and it was the first big fantasy fiction series that I read. The story revolves around a boy who survived a magical killing curse from the most feared wizard in the world. Kept hidden away for most of his life living with his non-magical relatives, he learns that he is a wizard and that there is a whole hidden world of magic. He must learn to navigate this new realm, while being known by the whole magical world as the boy who lived. The books series provides much more information about the story than the movies do and provides a rich view into Harry’s mind that could not be portrayed in the movies.
